All information collected from our customers, voluntarily through our website, will be used solely by Monograms Plus for internal purposes only and will not be published, sold or transferred in any way to any third parties.
Shipping Policy
Because our merchandise is individually personalized, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery within the U.S.
All of our packages are shipped Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
Monograms Plus does not ship internationally or to APO addresses. We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. There will also be an additional charge for drop-shipping to more than one address. If you would like to know your exact total including shipping as explained above, please make a request in the comment section of the shopping cart when checking out and we will e-mail you the total before shipping. Payment Policy
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. You have three payment options:
- Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- Credit Card Call-In: If you want to use your credit card without sending your card number online, you may call us during our business hours of Monday through Friday 10:00 - 5:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 4:00. Simply choose that option under payment options on the shopping cart.If you send in your order after our store closes, please be sure and call the following business day with your credit card information.
Return Policy
Personalized items are not returnable, except in the case of an error on the part of Monograms Plus or defective goods. Any error or return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition. We cannot credit shipping and handling. Please call ahead at 256-739-0631 and let us know that you are returning an item or email us and let us know the merchandise you are returning.
Embroidery Policy
If the customer does not indicate which style monogram is preferred , it will be chosen at the discretion of Monograms Plus.
Monograms Plus will also choose the best suited alphabet for the item that the customer has selected. This will be at the sole discretion of the embroiderer. If a customer has a special request, this can be done via e-mail. We also will use standard colors as listed with each product. Special color requests will be honored if possible, but at the risk of the buyer, as computers do not make an exact representation of thread colors.
Monograms with a larger initial in the middle are sewn in the traditional monogram style, with the last name initial sewn as the larger initial in the middle of the monogram. For instance Jane Sharon Doe would be sewn as JDS, with the D being the larger letter in the middle. The order on the order form is the same order as they will be sewn; first name initial, LAST NAME INITIAL, middle name initial. Contact us before ordering with any questions.
Please carefully review the initials you have entered and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Each page lists the order in which initials should be entered, please follow these carefully.
